Seeders of all ages eat sunflower seeds while playing sports like baseball, Softball and soccer, while watching TV, taking a road trip, working on the computer, or hanging out with friends. Sunflower seeds are natural snacks that keep your mouth busy and your hands free so you can be active, focused and get the job done - on or off the field.
The activity of “seeding” is neither a science nor an art; It’s a Snacktivity™. All it takes is a bag of DAVID Seeds and an appetite for seeds. Follow these steps, practice and put your seeder skills to work.
Step 1: Pop a handful of seeds in your mouth
Step 2: Store seeds in one side of your cheek
Step 3: Now, transfer one seed to the other side
Step 4: Crack the shell with your teeth
Step 5: Remove the seed with your tongue
Step 6: Spit the shell, eat the seed and repeat!
Don’t be shell-shocked at first, and remember there is no wrong way to eat DAVID seeds! Watch ball players for some helpful hints, and in no time, you’ll be the natural, top seeder among your friends!

ROOKIE Seeder: The beginner!
You like to eat a few seeds at a time, savoring each seed!
CASUAL Seeder: The occasional seeder.
You are on the way to seeder success, keep it up!
ALL-STAR Seeder: The pro!
You like to eat seeds by the handful, grabbing a big bag daily!

If you are a true seeder, you will want our seeder screensaver on your monitor. WARNING: You may get the urge to snack on your favorite David's product after viewing our screensaver.
Choose Your Operating System:

Windows PC using Internet Explorer or Netscape:
- Click the download link to begin installation. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.
- Save the Installer to your desktop and wait for it to download completely.
- Unzip the Installer by double-clicking the file. You will need WinZip to do this. If you do not have WinZip click here to download it.
- Double-click the Installer file to install the screensaver.
- Right-click on your desktop and select Properties.
- Click the Screensaver tab in the Display Properties.
- Choose Seeder ScreenSaver from the Screensaver drop-down menu.
- Click OK to close the Display Properties window.
Mac OS 9.2 or lower:
- Click the download link to begin installation. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.
- Save the Installer to your desktop and wait for it to download completely.
- An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
- Drag the screensaver file into the Control Panels folder within the Mac System Folder.
- Note: If you already have an active screensaver in your Control Panels folder, you may have to open the Extensions Manager and uncheck (or turn off) the old one, in order to make the Seeder ScreenSaver active.
- Restart your machine.
Mac OSX:
- Click the download link to begin installation. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the OSXInstaller.
- Save the OSXInstaller to your desktop and wait for it to download completely.
- An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
- Read and click through the dialog boxes.
- Select the System Preferences from the Dock bar.
- Click the Screen Effects Icon.
- Select "Seeder ScreenSaver" from the Screen Effects List.
- Close the System Preferences Window.
