Delivery Information for Ausport Superstore Online Orders

Ausport Superstore sends all parcels via Australia Post’s Standard Domestic Shipping E-Parcel Trackable service. Most customers will be charged a flat rate for shipping depending on the Post Code of the delivery address; this will be calculated in the final stage of the checkout process. Some items and/or post codes are unable to have delivery calculated via this method, and such items/post codes will be flagged in the final stage of checkout as “Shipping Calculated on Order”. This means that, after the order is submitted, our staff will calculate the delivery costs for item (as price will be affected by the size and weight of the item & its delivery location) and then email the total to be paid including the freight costs.

Australia Post’s Standard Domestic Shipping E-Parcel Trackable service requires a signature at the time of delivery. This means that if no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card with a collection address. If you would like Australia Post to leave your parcel at the door please indicate this on your order, or call Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 with a confirmed order number and a despatch team staff member will be able to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: After the 2nd of April, 2017, parcels sent with Australia Post will request a signature on delivery, but if there is no one home to accept the parcel, the driver will leave the parcel at the premises (provided that there is a safe place to leave it). You will need to notify us if you do not give permission for the parcel to be left without a signature.

Australia Post Express Services

Ausport Superstore can also send your order via express post upon request. Depending on the size of the order it may be able to be sent in one of 3 express satchel sizes (500g, 3kg and 5kg). Items bigger than a shoe box (e.g. a Bat, Catchers Set, Large Bags or a Batting Tee) will need to be sent via Australia Post Express Parcel service, the cost of service is calculated based on the size & weight of the item as well as its delivery location.

Free Delivery Offer

Online orders that exceed $250 may qualify for Ausport’s Free Delivery Offer. This offer is for orders over $250 of qualifying products to Australian Metropolitan areas & most Country areas*. Some areas may incur a discounted minimal freight charge.

Please Note: Orders flagged as ‘Shipping calculated on order’ due to location may negate the free delivery offer and so incur a delivery cost based on the size of the parcel & the delivery location. Orders that contain products that are; heavy and bulky, most pitching machines, top-end bats, bulk quantities (helmets, gloves, pants, etc.), or discounted items do not qualify for free shipping and so incur delivery costs based on the size of the parcel & the delivery location.  If you have any questions as to whether your order will qualify for free shipping please call Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 and a despatch team staff member will be able to assist you.

Express orders cannot be sent for free & will be charged at the normal rate.

Tracking your Parcel Click Here

After your parcel has been picked up, you will receive an e-mail from Australia Post with a tracking number for your item. Using the link above (also included in the e-mail), you can track the item 24/7. The tracking service will show all of the updates on your item as it makes its way to the delivery location.
Simply copy the tracking number from your e-mail into where it states “Enter tracking number” on the Australia Post site. If you did not receive a tracking number on your invoice please call Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 and a despatch team staff member will be able to assist you.

Items listed as ‘In Transit’

Some items may be listed on the tracking service as ‘In Transit’ with little or no updates since it was picked up from our warehouse. This simply means that it is still on the way to your local post office. If you do not see any updates on the tracking service after 5 business days, please contact Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 and a staff member will be able to contact Australia Post on your behalf for an update on your parcel.

Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on the delivery location & the delivery service used, the expected delivery time can vary between 3 – 15 business days after the order is placed. Below is a chart of estimated delivery times after the order has been placed based on your location.

 Once your parcel has left our warehouse, Ausport has no control over when your parcel will be delivered. The delivery times on our website are merely a guideline given to us by Australia Post. Ausport also claims no responsibility for anything that may happen to your parcel while it is en route. Ausport will not issue refunds for any parcel that is lost or damaged by any freight/courier company that your item is being delivered by.

COURIER (Melbourne metropolitan only)

Ausport Superstore can send your products via courier service within the Melbourne metropolitan area. 
Order must be placed prior to 10am for same day delivery by the courier company.

**PLEASE NOTE! As previously stated, Ausport cannot guarantee any delivery time as the delivery of the item is out of our control once it has been picked up. Ausport claims no responsibility for the delivery of services of express post & couriers and as such, Ausport will not issue refunds for delivery costs of items that did not meet expected delivery time frames.

International Shipping

For delivery outside of Australia the total delivery cost will be confirmed after we receive your order and check the destination. (GST/Sales Tax is not applied to orders shipped outside of Australia)

For international orders, your local Customs Duty and/or Sales Tax and other taxes may be payable, please contact the customs office in your destination country for more information.
