Prior experience in Despatch dealing with incoming and outgoing goods is essential.

This is a strategic, key, long-term position within Ausport.  

The successful candidate will need to be a jack-of-all-trades.

Primary responsibilities will include processing orders, maintaining
warehouse stock, as well as working directly with customers in person and on
the telephone.

Key necessary attributes include 

a.) strong interpersonal skills, 

b.) strong organizational skills, 

c.) strong time-management skills, 

d.) self-motivating, 

e.) computer competency, 

f.) maturity in outlook,

g.) forklift license or willingness to acquire one.

At the end of the day, 

what is most important is finding a team player to join a 

dedicated group of people who are pursuing their careers with a passion.
A sporting background, especially in softball or baseball, 

is a plus but not a requirement.
