Bat Sizing Chart

Determine Your Bat Length by Your Height and Weight

This is a general guide to determine which baseball or softball bat is best for you. If you are in between sizes, you would generally opt for the bigger length.

Weight is determined by the individual's strength or hitting preference. The length-to-weight ratio (known as minus, negative etc.) is the length takeaway the weight.

For example a 32in 27oz is a -5. A minus -5 is heavier than -8 (which could be a 32in 24oz, or a 31in 23oz ect.).
